Every teacher or class has their values. In these integrated workshops, we just make sure to clarify and live up to ours. This is the mood we plan to establish.

Our topics:
body awareness and partnership (Sat 2-5)
blues walking and musicality (Sat 6:30-9:30)
transitions and creativity (Sunday 2-6)
These topics will be weaved throughout the entire workshop, but we will have a higher concentration of specific exercises during the times listed for each topic.
