Beyond Blues Refund Policy

1. Satisfaction Guaranteed: if any event attendee is unhappy enough with their experience to request a refund after actually attending the event, we will be happy to provide it.
2. No refunds or exchanges will be offered within 24 hours of the start of the workshop.
3. Prior to 24 hours before the event, a refund (minus $10 handling fee) will be given (through Paypal or Google Checkout) only if the attendee's ticket can be resold at the lowest current price. Note: When you find someone to buy your ticket, make sure they give your name when they register.
