Beyond Blues Refund Policy

The fact that almost all Beyond Blues events use tiered admission (the sooner you sign up, the less you pay) presents two problems with cancellations for any reason.

First of all, there may be potential attendees who gave up on signing up for the workshop because the lower prices were sold out.

Second, if you did register at a price than the lowest current (say, you paid $60 and now both $60 and $75 are both sold out and $90 is the lowest), it would be unfair to anyone who registered at $90 if someone could sign up after them at a less expensive price.

Consequently, Beyond Blues has the following refund/cancellation policy...

1. Satisfaction Guaranteed: if any event attendee is unhappy enough with their experience to request a refund after actually attending the event, we will be happy to provide it.
2. No refunds or exchanges will be offered within 24 hours of the start of the workshop.
3. Prior to 24 hours before the event, a refund (minus $10 handling fee) will be given (through Paypal or Google Checkout) only if the attendee's ticket can be resold at the lowest current price. This means that in the example above, the person who paid $60 would have to sell their spot in the workshop (or hope the workshop gets sold out plus one more) at $90, in order to be refunded $50.
