Goal: give people the physical experience of moving from the core with relaxed arms.
Drill idea. Lie on your back on a bed, with your arm hanging down. Roll your chest away from your arm; your fingers should feel heavy and you should feel a clear chest-shoulder-elbow-wrist sequence. Now try this while laying on a partner's table-top-style back. Now have the partner initiate the movement by shrugging you off into that roll.
